1. Understand technical requirements of clients and find the best solution for the client
2. Identify and communicate production costs and prepare quotations and cost books.
3. Proactively propose new or alternative services to clients.
4. Prepare and regularly update the commercial forecast and potential revenues; actively participate in and lead contractual negotiation together with internal partners.
5. Supervise progress status and identify corrective actions when needed to enhance client satisfaction and revenues from the production order.
6. Ensure compliance with contract requirements (deadlines and service level)
7. Collaborate with partners inside the plant to identify and resolve issue, while protecting Patheon interests and image/.
8. Ensure the development and management of positive relationships with clients of the plant: understand their needs and propose potential technological development plans, in order to build and retain client loyalty.
Qualifications & Requirements
9. Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical/chemical Industry and CMO manufacturing processes
10. Proven experience in account management and in a customer-facing role
11. Analytical skills
12. Excellent relationship building skills at all levels
13. Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing) and Italian
14. Ability to work well independently and in a team-based environment.
