Fabbrica Italiana Sintetici Spa, one of the leading CDMO in Europe, founded in 1957 and recently acquired by a primary international investment fund.Who we areF.I.S. – Fabbrica Italiana Sintetici is Italy's leading company in the development and production of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and intermediates for the global pharmaceutical industry.With three manufacturing sites and over 2,300 professionals, we've been committed to research, quality, and sustainability for nearly 70 years.Our products impact the lives of millions worldwide — a responsibility we carry with pride and passion.Join our team and be part of a company that grows thanks to the dedication of its people.What you'll do• Maintain P&C information systems and related procedures to capture, record, and manage critical HR data accurately;• Ensure integrity and confidentiality of HR financial records, recommending and implementing system improvements and new applications as needed;• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to clarify budget constraints and financial performance;• Analyze and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights on workforce trends, employee performance, and compensation; develop and maintain dashboards and reports for senior management;• Monitor key HR metrics such as turnover rates and absenteeism to identify improvement areas and support strategic HR goals;• Lead and participate in HR projects focused on process optimization, system implementation, and data integration, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
