Ph3Short Description /h3 pWe are looking for a motivated Intern to join our Production Department. /p pThe Intern will support the production team in day‑to‑day operational activities while gaining hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment. Working closely with shift leaders, this role offers the opportunity to be directly involved in production processes, support quality monitoring and control activities, and contribute to the analysis and resolution of production issues. Additionally, the Intern will collaborate with cross‑functional departments to help optimize production processes and support continuous improvement initiatives. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liSupport daily production activities by collecting basic production data, tracking schedules, and reporting deviations to Supervisors /li liAssist cross‑functional coordination with departments such as Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Logistics, HR, EHS, and CI by sharing information, preparing simple reports, supporting meetings, and assisting in problem solving activities related to production issues. /li liSupport quality activities on the shop floor by helping collect quality data, documenting deviations, participating in basic problem‑solving discussions, and escalating quality issues to the appropriate responsible functions. /li liSupport performance monitoring by updating production KPIs, preparing basic reports, and helping ensure production performance data is accurate and visible. /li liDevelop personal technical and organizational skills by actively engaging in training, learning production processes, and gaining exposure to operational excellence practices. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pEngineering background preferred (Production Management, Automotive, etc.) or during extramural studies /p h3Skills /h3 ul liPossibility to work shift mode Monday-Friday: you will be mentored by a shift leader (capoturno), minimum 6h/day /li liKnowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. /li liFluent Italian language. /li liKnowledge of English language allowing for effective communication. /li liMotivation to work and willingness to learn. /li liDriving license (plant is located in Bosconero, TO) /li /ul h3We offer /h3 ul liPaid internship /li liPossibility to gain operational experience in production environment /li liSafe working environment. /li liFree 2-course lunches at company canteen /li liDevelopment opportunities in international organization /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
