Main Responsibilities - Take reservations, check in/check out and handling telephone inquiries - Assist in day by day operations of the front office and back office - Maintain good relationships with guest and assisting them with their needs - Maintaining and improving hotel standard - Manage guest feedback and complaints and address them - Communicate with other hotel’s departments in order to deliver high standard services Requirements: - at least 4/5 years of experiences in hotels with more than 100rooms, restaurant and MICE facilities: - Keen to work either during day as well as during night shifts: - Fluent in ENGLISHand GERMAN or FRENCH (2 languages mandatory): - Able to manage stressful situations - Keen to problem solving - Willing to work in shifts and with seasonal contract (CCNL TURISMO) at least for the first year(s) depending on experience - Looking both for high seniority and junior professionals with few experiences - Being trustworthy, ambitious, high performer, dynamic and details oriented - T-Shaped profiles are more than welcome Location: Palermo/Altavilla Milicia and surroundings.
