1. Strategically Plan and manage Logistics, warehouses, daily deliveries, and customer services
2. Keep track of products and consumables minimum quantities, stock levels, delivery time, transportation cost and efficiency.
3. Resolve any arising Logistic challenges of customers complaints.
4. Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.
5. Plan vehicle routes.
6. Support Sales and Service department’s needs.
7. Reports to the Financial Manager / General manager.
8. Actively pursues opportunities for delivering products, consumables and spare parts to corporate customers all over Cyprus.
9. Submits forecasts / orders and other stock reports to the Technical / Financial / Sales / General Manager on a weekly basis / monthly as per the company processes & procedures.
10. Acts in cooperation with the rest of the Sales Department in preparing and finalizing customer orders.
11. Carries out any other assignment that the company will find appropriate with regards to the logistics work.
12. Any other Task as may be assigned and / or amended.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
13. Proven experience in logistics management, particularly in Import/Export.
14. Background in the IT industry is highly advantageous.
15. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
16. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
17. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a proactive approach.
