Fully Remote or Hybrid if Local – Tewkesbury, GBR
You can be based in the UK or any of the following locations, as this position is fully remote: Germany, and Italy.

Moog Industrial Group is transitioning from a federated model to a more centralized, coordinated operating model. To support this change we are moving from informal relationships and ad-hoc processes to clearly defined roles, policies and procedures. The OCM Lead will be instrumental in securing stakeholder engagement and adoption, helping people navigate the change and ensuring strategic programs deliver their intended business value.

The role will involve around 15% travel to other sites in the Industrial Group, predominantly Europe but also the U.S.


Role Summary

The OCM Lead ensures change management is embedded across a portfolio of strategic programmes. They design and deliver tailored change approaches based on assessed people and business impacts, coach senior leaders, build OCM capability across functions, and continuously improve OCM practices to enable sustainable behaviour and cultural change.


Principal Accountabilities

* Lead end-to-end change management for a portfolio of programmes using a consistent methodology and toolkit.
* Assess change impact and tailor the approach (e.g., communications, training, stakeholder engagement, transition support) to each initiative’s needs.
* Engage and influence senior leaders to align on strategy, role-model desired behaviours, and actively sponsor change.
* Coach and develop senior stakeholders and line managers to fulfill their OCM responsibilities.
* Build OCM capabilities across Business Partnership Groups and run communities of Change Agents where required.
* Coordinate integration between change, process, and project management disciplines to align milestones, tasks, dependencies and resourcing.
* Maintain and improve OCM tools, templates and processes; embed lessons learned and best practice.
* Develop and manage reporting and metrics to track adoption, readiness and realization of benefits.
* Identify and mitigate risks to adoption and organizational readiness.


Required Qualifications And Experience

* Bachelor’s Degree
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience in leading the people and engagement elements of strategic change programs
* Proven ability to influence and engage senior leaders and to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, planning & organizing, decision making, adaptability and resilience under pressure.
* Strong written, oral and multimedia communication skills.
* Ability to customize and adapt processes and tools to unique change requirements without compromising governance or standards.
* Commitment to developing others—able to coach across the Change Framework and create individual development plans.
* Collaborative mindset and strong team orientation.
