WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Core activities. We're looking for a 3D Artist to create, adapt, and prepare models and assets for interactive, real-time experiences in Unreal Engine. You'll convert and optimize CAD/high‐poly models into game‐ready assets, handling modeling, UV unwrapping, texturing, shading, lighting, and simple animations/scene setup. You'll use Substance Painter and Adobe Creative Suite to craft realistic materials and textures, and support the Senior 3D Artist with asset optimization, scene organization, and version control.
Technologies. You're fluent in Unreal Engine and Substance Painter, plus at least one major 3D tool (Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender). You know real-time rendering inside out and model with performance in mind. You enhance materials and textures with Substance 3D and Adobe Creative Suite to deliver stunning, efficient visuals.
Team work. You will find an agile and multi-cultural team environment. You will have the possibility to share your ideas and POC in internal R&D Laboratories.
WE'LL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE...
Academic background. You hold a university or professional degree in CGI 3D, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Valuable expertise. In Unreal Engine, you're comfortable with lighting, LODs, and basic animation workflows, and you understand real-time asset pipelines and optimization inside out. Native Italian speaker with upper-intermediate English (B2).
Nice to have. You've shipped experiences in VR/AR/MR and know how to make them shine.
Soft skills. You're a team player, clear communicator, proactive collaborator, and comfortable syncing across art, tech, and production. You thrive in teams, adapt quickly to evolving tech and creative needs, and bring a portfolio that proves your real-time CGI skills. If that sounds like you, we want to see your work.
