Boeing Distribution Services is looking for a LeadCustomer Support Specialist to join our team in Lonate Pozzolo, Italy. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for performance of assigned program. - Maintain and create a professional yet personalized relationship with assigned customers. - Accountable for continuous improvement in customer program management tools and processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional internal leaders regarding customer specific performance and execution - Manage, develop and retain talent within reporting structure. - Act as first point of escalation for customer issues. - Coordinate activities to support critical shortages/issues in support of customer requirements. - Support team on day-to-day issues and help to resolve problems. - Help to obtain and keep BDSI leadership informed of customer performance - Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
