This role is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. As a key member of our team, you will accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed. Your primary objective will be to have deep conversations with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of their financial and life priorities and connect them to solutions that meet their financial goals.

Additionally, you should be able to educate clients on how to conduct simple banking transactions through self-service technologies (for example, ATM, online banking, mobile banking). Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential to meet clients' needs.

About the Role

This position requires flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed. A bachelor's degree or business-relevant associate's degree is preferred, along with experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry products and solutions. One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals and six months of cash handling experience are highly desirable.
