We are recruiting a consultant to join our VAT Teamteam in Verona, who will be tasked with: - providing ongoing consultancy to companies on indirect tax matters; - analyzing the VAT and direct tax impacts of corporate finance transactions (sales of companies, mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.) and domestic and international corporate restructuring; - analyzing the tax risks by conducting internal audits and preparing operating procedures; - VAT due diligence; - VAT compliance. - Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics_ This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have: - Master's degree in business or law; - Intention of going into professional practice as a chartered accountant and/or lawyer; - Excellent knowledge of English; - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; - Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; - Strong organisational skills, an ability to take initiative and problem solving abilities; - Flexible and dynamic approach. - Postgraduate Master's degree in Tax Law.
