Lead projects to drive controllership improvements across the Finance Operations teamsDrive quality control measures to ensure accuracy and compliance in finance operation processes and report the health of service from a quality perspective in an easy yet insightful mannerDevelop, modify, and maintain the operational and design effectiveness of Finance Operations processes and controlsIdentify gaps across end-to-end processes and partner to implement solutions that mitigate risksAdvise the Finance Operations team by assessing risks and controlsCoordinate with multiple teams within AP and AR to ensure best practices are followed and implementedPartner with control owners to facilitate responses to internal and external auditorsEnsure standardization of Finance Operations policy creation, modification, and maintenance
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of performing financial and ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools8+ years of relevant finance/accounting/Payroll experience in a shared services environment2+ years of directly managing and leading a team of 4+ membersProfessional Qualification (CPA/CA) including an MBA degree in Accounting/Finance, or a related field

Big 4 experience and/or equivalent audit/business controls experience
