In this role, you'll learn the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting the placement of engineering professionals with our client portfolio across Italy. If you're ambitious, people-oriented, and excited by the idea of connecting talented engineers with exciting projects, this is the perfect role to grow from. </p><p> Location: Milan, Italy (Full-time, in-office)</p><p> Contract Type: Permanent Employment </p><p> Salary Range: €25.000 - €30.000</p><p> What You'll Do </p><ul><li> Support end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering roles across disciplines, including mechanical, civil, industrial, and electrical engineering. </li><li> Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases, referrals, and other networks. </li><li> Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess technical fit and motivation. </li><li> Build and maintain a pipeline of engineering professionals available for outsourcing and staff augmentation projects. </li><li> Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to understand client needs, project timelines, and technical requirements. </li><li> Ensure every candidate receives a professional and positive experience throughout the process. </li><li> Keep our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) up to date with accurate candidate and process information. </li><li> Develop an understanding of the Italian engineering talent market and outsourcing landscape. </li></ul><p> What We're Looking For </p><ul><li>0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a talent-related role.
