To lead this exciting opening and ensure top-tier standards from day one, we are seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to join our team as a **SPA Receptionist**. **Role Overview**:
The SPA Receptionist is the first point of contact between guests and the world of the SPA. This role is responsible for the professional and efficient management of both front and back office operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience in line with our brand standards. The SPA Receptionist will interact with both external clients and hotel guests, supporting all reception, booking, and guest assistance activities before, during, and after the wellness journey. **Key Responsibilities**: - Welcome guests with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail
- Organize treatment schedules, therapist availability, and room assignments
- Carry out SPA check-in and check-out procedures
- Promote and sell treatments, gift vouchers, wellness packages, and skincare products
- Handle cash register and front office administrative tasks
- Coordinate with the SPA team to ensure seamless and integrated service delivery
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and visual standards in the reception and common areas
- Collect and manage guest feedback; provide attentive customer care
- Support back-office operations including daily reporting, filing, and availability checks **Required Qualifications** **Technical Skills**: - Excellent computer skills and familiarity with booking/management software (specific training provided)
- Professional command of English (B2 level or higher); knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Good understanding of the operations of a medium-to-large SPA **Soft Skills**: - Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and empathy skills
- Strong attention to detail in both guest interaction and daily operations
