We are seeking a for an IT Retail & Omnichannel Manager to oversee the development of IT solutions for Retail and Omnichannel business. Reporting directly to the IT & Transformation Direction, the new resource will ensure smooth integration of physical and digital channels while enhancing the customer experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
* 5–8 years of professional experience in IT for Retail, Omnichannel, or e-commerce environments.
* Proficient in POS, CRM, ERP platforms, and e-commerce solutions.
* Solid understanding of digital customer experience workflows and processes.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to build strong cross-departmental relationships.
* High-energy, impactful professional with a strong team spirit.
* Fluency in Italian and English is required;
