We're all about delivering outstanding customer service, and if that's your style, this could be the perfect stepping stone to international opportunities in the next stage of your career.What You'll DoAs Regional Sales Controller, you will be part of the Southern Europe Finance team, based in Milan, with end‐to‐end responsibility across Southern Europe. You will act as the Sales Finance Business Partner for a specific Sales Direction, driving and maximizing profitability, financial performance, and value creation. You will work closely with Sales leadership and cross‐functional teams (Engineering, Pricing, Marketing, and HR) to support commercial decision‐making and enable sales success. You will also serve as a key financial interface with Global Offices, supporting business‐segment strategic alignment and steering. You will lead the Sales Direction rolling forecast process and performance monitoring, acting as the financial reference point for Sales Directors, Division Managers, Area Sales Managers and Global Business Units. Through deep P &L ownership, you will assess and challenge business cases, evaluate high‐value project opportunities, and provide actionable financial insights to guide decisions. Constantly involved in key finance topics, you will ensure strong governance, transparency, and performance tracking. You will report to the Regional Head of Controlling and be an integral member of the Southern Europe Controlling & Reporting team.Your Daily Activities Will Include

Degree holder in Economics, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, or EngineeringData driven, analytical, and results orientedDeep understanding of the business and processesMore than 3+ years of professional experience in finance roles, also in contact with Sales/MarketingHigh motivation level, drive, and energy; entrepreneurial attitudeProficiency in English and ItalianExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite
