Purpose: The Assistant Manager is second in command to the Store Manager and assists them by ensuring an exceptional experience is delivered to all clients including aftercare. The Assistant Manager helps to maximize store productivity and profitability, leads by example, sets the tone on the sales floor. The role will support with teambuilding, staff development and provides regular feedback to the store team that will result in exceeding store goals. The Assistant manager should be fully capable of looking after the store in Store Manager absence. Key Responsibilities: Commercial and Sales Takes ownership and accountability for store and personal productivity. Contributes to setting goals and holds team accountable for productivity standards.
