Every day at work, our inspectors, auditors, and lab techs use their expertise to help safeguard the products you use every day in your home: from clothes and footwear to toys and baby products, to electronics, appliances, and furniture. /ppOur operations department’s purpose is to deliver our industry-leading services to our clients while ensuring that all the work we do is performed to the QIMA standard of quality. /ph3Job Description /h3pYou will be expected to: /pulliAudit the manufacturing sites of our clients’ suppliers, sometimes without warning. Your areas of attention will include labor rights, health and safety, environmental security, and others, according to the applicable international standard or the client’s in-house procedure. /liliBe alert to any violations, staying vigilant when dealing with factory management, and recording all your findings in detailed reports, to be delivered to the client. /liliApproach your job with utmost integrity, as your conduct during an audit can have lasting consequences for the supplier, factory staff, and our clients. /li /ulpWe may also request you to: /pulliProvide your expertise in client meetings, to create custom quality control procedures based on their specific requirements. /liliContribute your ideas for improving the quality of our Operations projects. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pProfile requirements: /ppEducation Certifications /pulliMaster’s degree or equivalent, preferably in textile, manufacturing, engineering, or a related field. /liliAdditional ISO certifications (e.g. ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) are an asset. /li /ulpExperience /pulliMinimum 3 years of experience in social compliance auditing. /liliProven experience conducting on-site social audits in manufacturing environments. /liliExperience with brand codes of conduct and international standards (ILO, local labor law). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
