Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible! /p h3Your role /h3 pWe are looking for an HR Administration Specialist to join our Human Resources team and play a key role in managing personnel administration processes in compliance with legal, fiscal, and organizational requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all activities related to HR administrative compliance, time management, and pension fund processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and supporting cross-functional teams. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure accurate and timely execution of all administrative requirements with social security and labor authorities (e.g., INPS, INAIL, Agenzia delle Entrate). /li liOversee time management processes, including tracking of attendance, leaves, absences, and overtime, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies. /li liManage all administrative tasks related to pension funds and complementary welfare schemes, acting as a point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external providers. /li liApply up-to-date knowledge of contribution regulations (e.g., INPS contributions, TFR, CU, 770) and ensure correct payroll data alignment. /li liSupport the application and compliance with fiscal legislation. /li liUse and maintain HR data within the SAP HCM system (nice to have), ensuring data quality and alignment with legal and organizational requirements. /li /ul h3Main requirements /h3 ul liPrevious experience (3+ years) in HR Administration / Personnel Administration roles. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of SAP HCM is a plus. /li liStrong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. /li liAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity. /li liFluency in Italian and working knowledge of English. /li /ul h3What’s in it for you /h3 pIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
