Experteer Overview
In this role you will align and optimize LodgeLink’s sales, marketing, and customer success workflows to boost efficiency and revenue. You will be a data-driven partner across GTM teams, turning large data sets into actionable insights and maintaining system health across key tools. You’ll optimize the sales tech stack and drive cross-functional initiatives to unlock growth. This is an opportunity to shape revenue operations at a fast-growing, mission-driven tech company.

- Support & Troubleshooting: resolve operational issues and provide excellent support to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and executives
- Data Management & Analytics: manage large data sets with high data integrity and translate data into visual stories for strategic decisions
- Tool Optimization: configure and manage LodgeLink’s GTM tech stack (Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Regie.ai) for optimal performance
- Process Improvement: identify and implement workflow optimizations for efficiency
- Project Management: juggle multiple projects, ensuring timelines and outcomes are met
- Reporting & Dashboards: build and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs and identify growth opportunities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure alignment
Responsabilità
- 3-5 years in Sales Operations, Finance, MIS or management consulting
- Strong working knowledge across GTM tools including Salesforce, Power BI or Tableau, Regie.ai, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo or Salesloft
- Advanced Excel skills for large data sets and impactful reporting
- Bachelor in Finance, Marketing, MIS or Operations; MBA preferred
