Manage Advanced Development projects, including planning, prioritization, progress monitoring, reporting, and financial follow-up, as well as documentation for publicly funded projectsPlan new Advanced Development activities, including budget and timelines, and select and coordinate external research partnersLead activities related to the development of raw materials and semi-finished products at a global levelContribute to the development of new products and the improvement of existing ones, supporting applications in aerodynamics, propulsion, and structural lightweight designPromote technical excellence by strengthening collaboration across teams and functions within the organization
