Key Responsibilities
* Set, manage, and report on all activities connected with programmatic buying campaigns.
* Develop strategic relationships with internal and external clients.
* Promote programmatic adoption internally, focusing on programmatic media (CTV, DOOH, web radio).
* Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of best practices, strategies, and solutions within the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, etc.
* Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
* At least 2‑3 years of experience in media agencies, with solid exposure to online marketing and digital advertising activities, including display, CPM, and CPA models.
* Previous experience within a trading desk is a strong plus.
* Knowledge of the programmatic buying ecosystem and of ad‑server tracking systems.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet tools, and Outlook.
* Fluency in written and spoken English.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
* Ability to review campaign details carefully, work with limited supervision, and work effectively with team members.
* Ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly when priorities or timelines change.
Pay Range
Salary range: €31,000 - €40,000 (CCNL Commercio – 3rd Level or 2nd Level). Pay range is provided in line with the European Pay Transparency Directive; the final offer will be based on relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
