Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars. /p h3LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR /h3 h3Purpose of the Job /h3 pTo plan and manage logistics activities, in the own job scope, in accordance with operations requirements. /p h3Accountabilities /h3 ul liPlan Manage Inbound Transportation for Stock Entry /li liPlan Manage Packing, Shipping and Outbound Transportation from internal logistic provider and external supplier /li liManage Inventory Accuracy Integrity, scrap inexternal different suppliers /li liManage relationships with Suppliers and with the whole Supply Chain team to optimize deliveries and stock /li liManage materials from incoming to delivery in Informatic Systems SAP - GSI /li liManage documentation related to materials IN and OUT /li liOptimize the costs of the transports from internal or external warehouses /li liContact the couriers or clients for logistic issues /li liManage the costs and invoices for logistic /transport suppliers /li /ul h3Job requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Management Engineering or equivalent /li liGood interpersonal and communicational skills /li liAbility to manage deadlines effectively /li liTechnical Knowledge/experience: ul liExperience of at least 3 yrs in warehouse/logistics activities /li liGood knowledge of SAP (IM and WM) and Excel /li liKnowledge of invoice, PO tool (Ariba, Inspire..) /li liKnowledge of English /li /ul /li /ul pYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
