We are looking for a JUNIOR IT SPECIALIST to support HQ users helpdesk and troubleshooting, deploy and manage company devices, and support administrative network operations.
Responsibilities
Supporting the management of the telephone system, including mobile phones and tablets for stores and HQCoordinating various procedures of network managementManaging the people counter in stores
Qualifications
At least medium level of proficiency with OS clients and servers (Windows, Apple, Linux)Intermediate knowledge of mobile systems (Android, Apple)Proficiency with personal productivity toolsTeam player, confidentiality, problem-solving skills, stress management, accountability, and communication skills
Work Location
Possibility of working in smart working mode part of the week after an initial on-site training period
