What We Offer:
- Salary up to €30,000 (depending on experience).

Your Responsibilities:
- Be a true Brand Ambassador, offering an exceptional and personalized client experience.
- Stay constantly up to date on collections and product details, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs.
- Deliver a seamless in-store experience, maintaining impeccable standards on the sales floor, stockroom, and visual merchandising.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and VIP customers through CRM excellence, clienteling, and after-sales follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and management to ensure smooth daily store operations.
Your Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in premium or luxury retail.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Passionate about luxury fashion, with a positive, dynamic, and customer-centric mindset.
