Your role involves collaborating on sales strategies, coordinating catering services, and managing event planning to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Develop and implement strategies to attract clients for events and catering services. Coordinate between sales and catering departments for smooth communication. Plan and facilitate bookings for various events, considering client needs. Create proposals, contracts, and event orders with accuracy. Maintain records of client interactions and event details. Conduct site visits with clients to discuss event requirements. Work with vendors and suppliers to secure resources and negotiate contracts. Assist in marketing efforts, including promotional materials and social media. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet revenue targets. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality. Excellent communication skills in verbal, written, and presentation formats. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
