Overview
Our client is a major multinational company specializing inthe distribution of medical supplies. In order to strengthen the internalstaff, he commissioned us to search for a Senior Accountant.
We arelooking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to assist theFinance Manager in managing local audit and tax activities. The role involveshands-on accounting tasks, SAP system usage, and internal reporting. A goodlevel of English is required for documentation and communication within thecompany.
Responsibilities
* Support theFinance Manager in daily accounting operations and financial reporting
* Ensureaccurate accounting and compliance with Italian accounting standards
* Help withmonth-end and year-end closing activities
* Liaise withexternal auditors and tax advisors
* Monitorfiscal deadlines and ensure timely submissions
* Prepareinternal reports and communicate effectively in English when needed
Requirements
* Degree inAccounting, Finance, or related field
* Minimum7-10 years of experience in accounting, audit, or tax in Italy
* Goodknowledge of Italian tax laws and accounting principles
* Experiencewith SAP
* Goodcommand of English
* Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability towork collaboratively and support senior management
The contractualframework and the remuneration will be commensurate with the experience gained.Smart working is not considered.
