The position is based in our office in MILAN.Responsibilities
Manage product data, translations, and sales materials, ensuring accuracy and complianceSupport the planning and execution of product launches, range updates, and limited editions, including product presentations, in coordination with cross-functional teamsManage pricing activities through the preparation and maintenance of price lists and customer-specific plansMonitor product performance and support reporting activities in collaboration with Sales teamsCoordinate, with Operations, order flows, stock allocation, and product availability to ensure smooth execution and minimize leftoversMaintain and update master data across systems and customer platformsEnsure timely communication and alignment with internal stakeholders and customersSupport e-commerce operations, including product content management and online assortment definitionCollaborate closely with the Italian team and maintain effective communication with the headquarters in Germany
Qualifications
Experience in the FMCG industry (preferably in the beauty sector), ideally within S&OP; or Customer Service functions, is considered a plusUniversity degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or a related fieldStrong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skillsCustomer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills and a passion for salesProactive and goal-driven approach, with a strong team spirit, collaborative attitude, positivity, resilience, hands-on mentality, and flexibilityStrong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (advanced); knowledge of SAP is a plusNative or fluent Italian and good English (B2 or higher) for working with local teams and the German headquarters
