As an Operations Manager, you lead a team of Area Managers to drive safety, quality and productivity at a Fulfilment Centre. You shape the operational plan to meet targets and collaborate with HR, Finance, Health & Safety, and Security to boost overall site performance. You will analyze performance data, implement improvements, and design initiatives that push operational excellence. This role offers the chance to mentor leaders, influence cross‑functional teams, and contribute to Amazon’s fast‑paced logistics network. You’ll operate at the heart of CF, guiding day‑to‑day operations while exploring scalable innovations for the future.
