- Proven experience in talent acquisition or business development, ideally in real estate or sales-driven industries
- Hands‑on mindset with proven ability to execute and collaborate cross‑functionally
- Strong sales and persuasion skills with ability to attract and convert professionals
- Experience in digital xlwpduy recruiting and employer branding, including job platforms and social media outreach
- Familiarity with CRM, ATS, or other recruitment tools is a plus
- Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship‑building skills
- Highly customer‑oriented with a focus on candidate experience
- Fluent in Italian and English
