Manager / Team Leader
Mission: Guarantee machine/process performance in terms of safety, quality, availability/reliability, and performance. Participate in the design, selection, installation, and evolution of production/process equipment. Develop, apply, and execute plans throughout the machine/equipment/process lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the maintenance function, including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for all equipment within an entity. Manage hierarchical processes and plans to ensure safety, quality, service/availability, and cost efficiency. Contribute to continuous improvement. Manage people and budgets.
What will you do? Within the industrialization team, responsibilities include:
1. Prepare ICT (in-circuit test) and FCT (functional test) specifications and plan activities for new and existing products (PMP-PEP process).
2. Manage maintenance of existing product equipment according to SE process with relevant suppliers.
3. Influence design to optimize manufacturing, minimize costs, and investments related to test equipment, procedures, and memory programming.
4. Participate in integrating test systems (ICT and FCT) into production lines.
5. Analyze time, costs, and strategies related to testing systems.
6. Manage development activities related to FCT and ICT from external suppliers.
7. Understand products and key attributes; conduct GR&R studies and apply Poka-Yoke methodology.
8. Lead quality initiatives (Cp/Cpk) and apply methods for Robust Design (FMEAs, Quality Control Plans).
What will help you succeed? Knowledge of testing methodologies for PCBA, BoundaryScan technology, relational database systems (ERP, SAP, SQL), electronics principles, and test equipment. Effective teamwork and communication skills. Problem-solving leadership. Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or related field; 2+ years in test system development for PCBA and finished goods. Language proficiency in Italian and English.
Additional helpful knowledge: Electronic assembly processes, testing software (C#, Delphi, LabView, TestStand), production tools, functional and value analysis, communication protocols, wireless protocols.
