At AWS Professional Services (ProServe), we build customer solutions that accelerate business outcomes and reinvent customer and employee experiences. The Generative AI Experience Center Solutions Specialist role creates industry‐grade demonstrations that provide AWS customers with real‐time buying capability in a physical space. You will educate customers and partners on AI technologies transforming industries—financial services, public sector, and healthcare—across automated reasoning, physical AI digital solutions, regulatory compliance, and advanced analytics. You will build high‐quality demonstrations, provide technical guidance to activate solutions, and offer hands‐on architectural guidance for customer projects involving AWS services and ISV/partner solutions.
As the primary guide for customers visiting the GenAI Experience Center, you will deliver compelling tours that translate technical capabilities into business value. You will present demonstrations in one‐on‐one and group settings, adapting your approach based on customer industry, technical background, and business objectives. You will facilitate hands‐on experiences with our rotating showcase of pan‐Amazon innovations and partner solutions.
You'll collaborate with cross‐Amazon teams to develop outcome‐based solutions, work with partner teams to maintain demonstration readiness, and gather customer feedback. Your insights will inform future demonstration development and identify follow‐up engagement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging tours of the GenAI Experience Center for customers and partners
* Adapt presentations based on audience industry, role, and technical expertise
* Facilitate hands‐on demonstrations and interactive experiences
* Gather customer feedback and insights to improve the visitor experience
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure demonstration readiness
* Support pipeline tracking and follow‐up engagement coordination
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience
* 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience
* Experience with AI/ML technologies
* 2+ years of hands‐on experience with Python to build, train, and evaluate models
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of AWS services including compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies
* Experience communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences in pre‐sales environments
* Degree in advanced technology
* AWS Professional level certification
* Knowledge of deep learning, machine learning and statistics
* Experience building generative AI applications on AWS using services such as Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker

In this role, you will provide a comprehensive package that includes a base salary range of $153,600.00 – $207,800.00 USD annually, sign‐on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and benefits such as health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, basic life & AD&D insurance), EAP, mental health support, medical advice line, flexible spending accounts, adoption and surrogacy reimbursement coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
