Position Summary
Provide professional project management experience to designated projects and assignments at a client site, campus, and facilities. Interact with client representatives onsite, receive direction, and coordinate with the property or facility management team. Monitor and coordinate the execution of various services and processes related to client contracted agreements for project management and tenant improvements. Collaborate with the assigned account manager, building or facility management team, clients, owners, and others.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
1. Prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines to ensure project objectives and client needs are met. Keep building management informed of progress.
2. Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews during all project phases.
3. Assist in the selection, contracting, and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
4. Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices, and discuss costs with clients and property management.
5. Support service marketing efforts to clients as needed.
6. Adhere to corporate, building, and client policies and procedures.
7. Work cooperatively with building/facility personnel to achieve quality, service, cost, and profit goals.
8. Report major problems, findings, and results to immediate supervisors, including recommendations.
9. Obtain necessary approvals for organizational changes, additional commitments, and expenditures exceeding budgets.
10. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
11. Maintain high standards of work performance and strive for continuous improvement and up-to-date knowledge in the field.

Required Education
* B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture
Experience Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience in engineering/construction project roles.
* Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
* At least 3 years of supervisory experience in project management, including team leadership and development.
* Experience with tenant improvement construction projects is preferred.
