- Use flexible teaching methodologies that engage students with diverse learning styles.
- Lead by example, demonstrate the IB learner profile in action, and guide students toward becoming open-minded, compassionate, thoughtful learners with a global perspective.
- Assess and respond to student abilities and progress, adapting their approach with different teaching styles.
- Undertake lesson preparation, set/mark examinations, write student reports, and develop assessments aligned to the IB requirements and the school calendar.
- Effective use of the learning management system.
- Set and mark students’ work accurately and promptly, giving guidance and work according to their needs, supporting their development and progression.
- Provide regular and supportive feedback to students and parents.
- Support students' personal development and wellbeing and seek support from the School Counsellor and Programme Heads where welfare concerns are identified.

- Undertake cover lessons when required.
- Assist with marking and evaluating placement exams when necessary.- Complete supervision duties according to the calendar (possible duties include lunch supervision, drop-off or departure duty, uniform checks, bus supervision, break, and supervision).

- A relevant bachelor’s degree and teacher qualification (eg: History, or another related field from an accredited, state-approved programme).

** Experience**A minimum of **two years of recent and relevant experience** in a comparable school environment.- Specialist skills & knowledge.
- Proven ability to plan and deliver innovative inquiry-based lessons that engage students and address their diverse learning needs.
- Demonstrated ability to use **digital tools** and resources effectively to enhance learning.
- Planning and organisational skills.
- Fluent English: reading, speaking, writing (Common European Framework of Reference - CEFR level C1-C2).
