We are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, and our factory in Poland brings these innovations to life, with operating markets in the UK, Italy, and Germany. /p h3About the role /h3 pThe Head of Talent Acquisition Development leads talent strategy for the next phase of growth for Aira. In this role, you will focus on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to support Aira’s expansion. You will therefore implement development programs, including mentorship, leadership training, and other initiatives that prepare the company for scaling, particularly in leadership and strategic roles. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liTALENT ACQUISITION /li liTalent Acquisition strategy /li liDevelop a comprehensive strategy to attract and onboard top-tier talent across all departments with a particular focus on /li liSales and technical roles /li lithat directly impact Aira’s growth target; /li liTeam management /li liLead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists across different HUBs and offices and collaborate with local HRBPs involved in final stages of recruitment; /li liScalable Processes /li liDesign and implement scalable talent acquisition and development processes that support lean, high-performing teams and align with Aira’s growth; /li liEmployer Branding /li liCollaborate with global and local marketing team to promote Aira’s culture and values, making the company an employer of choice for top talent in our industry; /li liTA digitalization /li liTogether with the TA specialists lead the implementation and / or optimization of TA systems (ATS, Job boards management, LinkedIn Recruiter); /li liMetrics Reporting /li liTrack key metrics related to talent acquisition, retention, and development, ensuring that insights are used to optimize processes and achieve growth targets. Regularly report these to HR management team; /li liTALENT DEVELOPMENT /li liEmployee Trainings program /li liBased on the budget (A) design and implement development programs, including mentorship, leadership training, and other initiatives that prepare the company for scaling, in particular in leadership and strategic roles; (B) evaluates, selects, and manages training vendors and service providers for training programs; /li liHRBPs team coordination /li liRoll-out of trainings and people development initiatives with the local HRBPs /li liRetention Strategy /li liDevelop strategies to retain top talent /li liEnsuring that Aira culture of ownership, accountability, and high performance remains strong as the team grows. /li liSuccession Planning /li liWork closely with PC Director to develop and manage succession plans for key roles, ensuring long-term sustainability and leadership continuity. /li liCross-Functional Collaboration /li liPartner with local management team and HRBPs to align hiring needs and trainings needs with broader business goals and ensure optimal resource allocation, with a focus on scaling revenue-generating teams. /li liCoordinate with other departments / divisions to create, develop and implement a professional career path system. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, or related HR leadership roles; /li liProven track record of managing talent acquisition for scaling organizations, especially in sales and technical areas (manufacturing, building materials, energy sector); /li liDemonstrated expertise in designing and implementing employee development programs such as mentorship and leadership training; /li liBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; /li liHands-on experience managing diverse Talent Acquisition teams across multiple regions or HUBs; /li liAbility to develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition and development strategies aligned with business growth objectives; /li liAdept at aligning hiring and development initiatives with global HR teams; /li liExpertise in designing and executing scalable talent acquisition and development processes; /li liKnowledge and experience in implementing and optimizing Talent Acquisition systems (ATS, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter); /li liData-driven decision-making capability, with a focus on tracking, analyzing, and reporting talent metrics to improve processes and outcomes; /li liAbility to influence and partner with stakeholders across all organizational levels; /li liExperience working with mar /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
