Responsibilities include managing financial analytics, capital projects, operational finance, procurement, budgets, forecasts, and ensuring asset security.Key tasks include:Creating and supporting the annual operating budget, identifying cost savings.Analyzing ROI for capital projects.Maximizing cash flow through controls on inventory, credit, and disbursements.Participating in rate and sales strategies.Managing and mentoring the finance team.Ensuring compliance with accounting practices and legal regulations.Managing hotel contracts and financial reporting.Implementing financial controls and risk management procedures.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance, with 5-10 years in hotel accounting or audit, including 1-7 years in a supervisory role in Italy.
