Its products are sold and distributed in over 80.000 point of sales and in more than 80 countries around the world /ph3What’s the role? /h3pIf you are passionate about the world of cosmetics and want to challenge yourself with a 6 months internship experience in our Customer Service Department, this offer could fit you. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliManage and maintain of customer records /liliManage the order process, from receipt of the order to delivery to the customers assigned /liliIssue of invoices, /liliManage returns, disputes and issuance of related credit notes /liliCorrespondence with customers, responding to their needs and providing them with timely answers and solutions /liliSupport the International customers, providing answers and solutions with an empathetic, reassuring and professional approach /liliSupport the sales team and the other business functions with daily contacts (Logistics, Finance and Demand planning) in order to guarantee the customer satisfaction always ensuring the respect of the corporate strategy /liliProcess and share of reports, as well as active participation in projects aimed at implementing new processes and procedures /li /ulh3What is requested: /h3ulliCustomer orientation /liliConflict resolution, negotiation skills and strong problem solving orientation /liliHighly motivated/a and enthusiastically participating in the team /liliGood knowledge of the MS Office package and in particular Excel, knowledge of Infor XA is a plus /liliEffective written and spoken communication in English and Spanish (knowledge of any other language is a plus) /liliAdvance skills on Microsoft Office /li /ulh3What Will Make You Successful: /h3ulliBachelor's or master's degree /liliCuriosity and a high level of orientation to continuous learning /liliDecisive, resilient, organized, and positive attitude /liliListening orientation; ability to operate in a multitasking and autonomous manner /li /ulh3We offer: /h3ulli6 months paid internship, 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday schedule, 800€ salary per month /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
