Main Responsibilities
Documentation and safety training control
Interface with RSPP
Support for tender office document management
Control of employee medical examination schedules
Preparation of documents and communications for delegations and instrument replacements
Quotes, estimates, and invoicing in the Max Service
Calculation of agency flat rate quotes and management of related invoices
Maintenance and updating of files for instrument reconstructed items
Maintenance and updating of MOD (modifications made to instruments)
Requirements
Certification of belonging to protected categories under Law 68/99, Article 1
Familiarity with Excel is appreciated
Good knowledge of English to interact with international teams
