Context :
As an IT PROJECT MANAGER, you will be a member of the Professional Services team at Trace One. You will be responsible for the successful execution and delivery of application maintenance services on Trace One’s manufacturing PLM solution. You should have a background in project management, with expertise in application maintenance-related services, to coordinate, delegate, and monitor the service effectively. You will also perform scope control, identify risks, and explore future opportunities in delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
* Contribute to drafting and finalizing statements of work for customers.
* Lead software implementation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
* Facilitate planning and execution of meetings, ensuring appropriate stakeholder attendance.
* Regularly communicate project status to key stakeholders.
* Lead Steering Committee meetings to present project status at the executive level.
* Report project progress periodically, highlighting milestones, risks, and mitigation plans.
* Maintain control over project scope, budget, timeline, and profitability, and work with the team to address risks of slippage.
Key skills and requirements :
1. Minimum 5 years of experience managing software implementation projects.
2. Thorough understanding of enterprise application deployment methodologies with PLM solutions.
3. Ability to collaborate across departments for planning and project updates.
4. Ability to present project status to executives.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
7. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
8. Support Business Analysts in functional discussions to clarify business requirements.
9. Native Italian speaker.
10. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
