Inside Sales and Telemarketing Professional
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales and Telemarketing professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, live chat, WhatsApp, and email.
Your goal will be to understand their needs, present the best solutions, and guide them toward a successful purchasing experience. You will work closely with our external sales team and distribution partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily outbound and inbound communications via phone, chat, WhatsApp, and email to generate qualified leads and move prospects through the sales funnel.
* Understand customer needs through active listening and deliver tailored product recommendations.
* Collaborate closely with our external sales team and distribution partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and opportunities in the CRM system.
* Create and manage quotations and follow up consistently to ensure high lead conversion.
* Analyze market feedback and customer behavior to continuously refine your outreach strategy.
* Provide proactive support to clients, ensuring they remain engaged throughout the pre-sale process.
