Your role and responsibilities
The role of the internal auditing function is to deliver objective assurance and consulting services aimed at enhancing value and optimizing the organization's operations. It helps the organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic' disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management' control' and governance processes.
The role reports to the Head of Internal Audit.

Execute in the following areas under the overall guidance from the Head of Audit and referring to the standards of the worldwide Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) framework:
- Lead the delivery and utilization of analytics during audit engagements
- Oversee the implementation of extensive and intricate operational and financial audits' covering pre-' on-site' and post- phases
- Analyze SAP data over business processes
- Use data analytics to improve the quality of audits performed
- Communicate analytics in an easy to understand manner over business processes
- Prepare and / or perform quality review of audit work papers i.e. sufficiently complete' detailed and accurate to ascertain the audit work done and to support conclusions reached
- Responsible for the preparation of audit reports summarizing findings' risks and recommendations
- Responsible for the communication of audit results to audit management
- Identify and evaluate risks within the audited unit besides the audit scope performed
- Assist in the development of understanding of internal controls in the units audited
- Collaborate with other relevant ABB Robotics departments / external auditors
Qualifications for the role
- At least 8 years in Audit / Analytics roles.
- Proven skills with analytics tools (e.g. SQL' Alteryx' Tableau' Qlik' etc.)
- Operational experience in relevant business roles and/or a large audit firm
- University degree or equivalent in Business Administration / Finance / Economics or Engineering
- One or more of the following certifications CIA / CISA / CPA / CFE
- Advanced analytical and IT skills
- Managerial courage to confront difficult issues with the appropriate response
- Proficient oral and written communication skills' proficiency in English
- Significant international business experience
