We're looking for an INTERN Brand Ambassador Luxury German & English The ideal candidate has a strong attitude for customer care, is fluent in languages, empathetic by nature, and an enthusiast of fashion and international luxury brands. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Languages knowledge: German mandatory (B2 - C1) English (B2 - C1) Responsibilities include: Customer relations with Italian and international customers via phone, chat, and email. E-commerce and after-sales support: assisting customers in their online purchases. Contract details: Full-time, 8 hours a day (40 hours a week), on shifts, 5 days a week. Requirements: Degree and/or experience in e-commerce, Customer Care, Fashion, and Luxury. Good knowledge of main IT tools, especially Microsoft Office applications.
