Sales Specialist is in charge of customer management, predominantly in the Laboratory business segment, managing commercial negotiations, pricing and the acquisition of new customers.

Core Activities
Customer Management
Consolidation and development of existing customers (cross‐selling) in the Laboratory segment and support to the Sales Manager on other customers
Price negotiation and management
Response and management of direct enquiries from new customers entrusted to him by the Sales Manager and possible transfer to sales network agents
Analysis & Preview
Data collection to forecast sales and turnover together with the Sales Manager on active customers
Customer qualitative analysis of turnover, sales trend, loss of customers or decrease in orders, product portfolio and sales
Sharing strategy analysis with purchasing and finance departments
Creation of product promotion Laboratory segment based on events and seasonality
Participation in Trade Fairs
