Sales Specialist is in charge of customer management, predominantly in the Laboratory business segment, managing commercial negotiations, pricing and the acquisition of new customers.

Core Activities
* Customer Management
o Consolidation and development of existing customers (cross‑selling) in the Laboratory segment and support to the Sales Manager on other customers
o Price negotiation and management
o Response and management of direct enquiries from new customers entrusted to him by the Sales Manager and possible transfer to sales network agents
* Analysis & Preview
o Data collection to forecast sales and turnover together with the Sales Manager on active customers
o Customer qualitative analysis of turnover, sales trend, loss of customers or decrease in orders, product portfolio and sales
o Sharing strategy analysis with purchasing and finance departments
o Creation of product promotion Laboratory segment based on events and seasonality
