Manage and administer Windows Server infrastructures (2016 or later)Advanced administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD / Entra IDManage Active Directory (GPOs, delegations, complex permissions, auditing)Manage hybrid cloud environments (Azure + on‐premises)Monitor and troubleshoot servers, network services, and storageManage server patching and vulnerability remediationManage and verify backup and disaster recovery systemsSupport firewall configurations, VLANs, and network segmentationAutomate recurring tasks through scripting (PowerShell)Produce technical documentation and operational standardsCollaborate technically with the SOC and external vendors
Requisiti obbligatori
3–5 years of real experience in system engineeringDirect experience with Windows Server in production environmentsSolid experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure ADActive Directory management in structured environmentsExperience with virtualization (VMware or equivalent)Experience with backup solutions (e.g., Veeam)Good networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewall)Ability to write PowerShell scripts for automationExperience in environments with at least 100+ users
