Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Support laboratory testing activities on electric motors
* Assist in performance characterization and validation tests
* Use electrical measurement instruments (oscilloscope, power analyzer, insulation tester, milliohmmeter, etc.)
* Support test bench setup and basic wiring activities for motor drives
* Read and follow electrical schematics
* Assist in motor disassembly and technical inspection activities
* Use basic mechanical measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
* Collect, organize and document test data
* Contribute to maintaining laboratory equipment and safety standards
* Work in a stimulating and technical laboratory environment
* Hands‑on experience with electric motors and drive systems
* Structured technical training and progressive autonomy
* Technical and professional growth within the engineering team
* Collaboration with engineers and senior technicians
* Experimental testing on advanced motor technologies
* High attention to detail and accuracy in laboratory activities
* Working in compliance with test procedures and safety standards
Education and Qualifications
High School/ITS Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related technical fields
* Laboratory testing activities
* Electromechanical systems
* Experimental or validation environments
* Laboratory projects, internships or experimental thesis work are considered a plus
