PpWe are looking for a talented Senior UI Designer to join a new design team. You will be working with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers to deliver market‑leading products that provide the highest impact, usability and success. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liCreating pixel‑perfect visual designs for complex products. /li liDelivering visual concepts in the early stages and detailed UI designs later on. /li liCommunicating the rationale behind your design decisions and explaining the value of each solution. /li liWorking with Brand to create design guidelines and set benchmarks for quality. /li liCollaborating with other UI and UX designers on flows, interactions, and aesthetics to raise the team’s output. /li liCollaborating with Engineers to ensure an efficient, high‑quality build. /li liStaying up to date with new ideas and best practices in UI design. /li liHelping establish an inclusive, collaborative, and creative team culture. /li liContributing to and evolving the design system. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ul liVisual design expertise with strong typography, color, layout and hierarchy skills. /li li5+ years of experience in visual design. /li liStrong understanding of how design meets brand and business objectives. /li liExperience collaborating with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers. /li liExcellent attention to detail. /li liExpertise with Figma, Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite. /li liVery good spoken and written English and Italian (B2). /li /ul h3Useful Experience You May Have /h3 ul liDesigning complex products with significant scope. /li liGood understanding of user‑centered design. /li liExperience creating, using and improving a design system. /li liExperience with data visualization, motion design or iconography. /li liExperience working across distributed teams. /li liExperience in Agile methodologies. /li /ul h3Personal Skills We Believe Will Bring Success /h3 ul liCollaboration skills. /li liStrong communication skills. /li liAbility to see problems from different perspectives. /li liPersistence in trying different solutions until resolved. /li liTeam player who values feedback and continuous improvement. /li liPortfolio demonstrating your process and end products. /li /ul h3About ION /h3 pAt ION, we’re a diverse group of visionary innovators.
