The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a background in lean methodologies. Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English are essential.Key Responsibilities:Support the continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs.Evaluation and enhancing the Distribution network to ensure optimal coverage, service quality, and cost-effectiveness.Work and optimize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to improve Distribution management, scheduling, and operational control.Try to develop lean methodologies to boost productivity, minimize waste, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.Support design and optimization of facility layouts to enhance operational efficiency and responsiveness.What We Are Looking For:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in Logistics & Transport Companies, in Business Process Excellence project.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar quality management frameworks would be a plus.Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in team and on multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills in both Italian and English.WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER With a genuine culture of reward and recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey.
