In this role, you’ll help shape and scale AI-powered solutions by collaborating across teams, experimenting with emerging technologies, and turning ideas into impactful tools. WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF - Collaborate on the development and refinement of AI-driven digital products. - Contribute proactively to the scoping, design and presentation of PoCs for projects, products and solutions across multiple industries and departments. - Work across teams (from People to Operations, from Product to Marketing) to uncover process gaps and propose scalable AI-driven solutions. - Translate prototypes into real AI-powered tools and products that improve efficiency and scalability. - Monitor the performance of AI solutions, gather feedback, and recommend continuous improvements. NICE TO HAVE - Familiar with basic AI tools. - Accomplished personal and/or side projects (tech, design, startup ideas) that show initiative and curiosity. - Passion for top-nodge technology and new discoveries - Academic background in computer science, engineering, mathematics, digital design, or similar.
