TESTING&VALIDATION ELECTRONICS ENGINEER

As Testing&Validation Electronics Engineer, you will be in charge of the verification and validation of electronic systems applied to thermal comfort products.
You will be responsible for the following activities:
1. Coordinate a team of software test engineers to evaluate embedded software designs in terms of reviews and testing activities
2. Define efforts and resources, and consequently define, monitor and update schedules of testing tasks, to meet the projects’ deadlines
3. Define and update software test methods and related metrics, software test plans for electronic controls and HMIs of heating products
4. Perform review activities on software requirements, test cases, test scripts
5. Analyse, discuss and report the results obtained by the test team
6. Support the spread of test automation features in Ariston software design process
7. Cooperate with other team members to perform critical analysis for new products’ design and to improve products’ performance
Candidate profile:
8. Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or Information Technology
9. Previous experience (2/3 years) in Testing and Validation of electronic systems
10. Expertise in software quality and software testing
11. Familiarity in python programming language and graphic HMIs testing
12. ISTQB certification, knowledge of HMIs test automation frameworks, or Jenkins and RobotFramework are a plus
13. Ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines
14. Problem solving and team working
15. Fluent English
