As a Project Office Manager with at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing and financial aspects, the candidate will have the opportunity to engage in all aspects of the PMO, supporting project management lifecycles and methodologies. The candidate will work on a wide range of complex, high-profile projects. We seek an individual with extensive experience managing large-scale projects across various sectors and customers, from initial requirements gathering to project completion. Proven ability to develop and implement detailed project plans, monitor and track progress, ensure on-time deliverables through effective resource coordination, and provide leadership and management guidance is required. Key duties Manage the assigned budget concerning Cost and Schedule Control of the Programs. Manage Process Control actions within the Domain, especially those decided during Monthly Program Reviews. Support project resource requests and manage intra-Domain work and resource mobility. Manage forecast program resources in line with the approved commercial scenario. Support the Mobility Committee. Monitor and improve competitiveness and track achievement of results. Identify gaps and drifts early, report to the Bid Manager, Project Manager, and WP Manager, and propose recovery plans. Assist in structuring and planning, including defining PBS, WBS, OBS, Master Schedule, and RAM, and consolidating workload. Maintain Risks & Opportunities Register, track mitigation and shaping plans. Prepare KPIs, reports, and ensure follow-up of action plans. Prepare monthly progress reports with the core team and interface with the Customer as needed. Assist in preparing the internal Company monthly Dashboard with the CFO. Support Contract Administration activities.
