Are you seeking new professional challenges in the IT field within an industrial production environment? Adecco Italia is seeking an IT expert for a pharmaceutical company in Rieti. The primary focus will be managing site networks and hardware/software infrastructure, representing the global team in operational activities and related projects.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily network controls and cybersecurity activities according to global standards and procedures.
2. Coordinate with the Global OT Shopfloor Endpoint & Cyber Security Team on projects and case reporting.
3. Collaborate with the site IT team to define standards for IT and digital activities.
4. Provide technical assistance and consultancy to internal operational units.
5. Maintain and improve IT user accounts and virtual environments, ensuring cybersecurity.
6. Handle incident resolution and continuous improvement initiatives for technical issues.
7. Support the implementation of global projects tailored to the site assets.
Required Qualifications:
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related scientific fields with specialization in industrial network management.
* 2-3 years of experience in operational corporate environments managing IT services and infrastructure monitoring.
* Excellent command of English.
* Experience in service improvement projects and quality management.
* Knowledge of IT Cloud Computing (WS, Azure).
* Preferred certifications: ITIL, ITSM, project management (e.g., COBIT, ISO/IEC 20000, PMP, Prince2).

* Negotiation skills and strong communication abilities for interaction with managers, team leaders, technical staff, and employees.
* Goal-oriented with strategic and analytical thinking.
Initial contract: fixed-term with potential for role development. Expected start date: 16/06/2025.
